Water Risk Perceptions, Media Uses, and Trusted Information Sources among Residents in Northern Arizona
Ashleigh M. Day, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the School of Communication at Northern Arizona University. Ashleigh is contributing to AW4A by collecting data about northern Arizona residents' risk perceptions and experiences related to water insecurity, as well as residents' preferred media and trusted information sources for receiving future water-related communications. Additionally, Ashleigh is assessing water quality reports created within the AW4A network. A primary goal here is to ensure the water quality results are effectively communicated back to individuals and communities so they can adequately understand their water quality and make informed decisions.
