Dr. Lee Voth-Gaeddert
Research Assistant Professor at Arizona State University
Dr. Voth-Gaeddert is a professional environmental engineer, US registered sanitarian, and a certified systems engineer with 10+ years of experience in solving complex global challenges in water, sanitation, antimicrobial resistance, food security, and child health. Dr. Voth-Gaeddert has worked for numerous US Government (USAID, US State Department, US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Peace Corps, Millennium Challenge Corporation) and UN entities in providing support to countries in meeting SDG targets. His work is at the nexus of technological innovation, human-technology systems, and convergence research frameworks. He has worked in 10+ countries in North and Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia incorporating mechanistic and statistical modeling, information and communications technologies, environmental microbiology and bioinformatic methods, and machine learning and artificial intelligence. Dr. Voth-Gaeddert has 40+ peer-reviewed publications (H-index = 12) and 70+ (inter)national presentations.
